Privacy Policy

Emergency Tyre Rescue is a 24/7 mobile tyre fitting service. For any question about your privacy, email us at info@emergency-tyre-rescue.co.uk or call 0330 043 2788.

When you call us or fill in our availability checker, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, postcode or town, the type of callout, and anything you choose to add about your vehicle — make and model, registration number, tyre size, and whether you have a locking wheel nut key — plus any notes about the situation.

If you contact us by email, we keep a copy of your message so we can reply and follow up on your callout.

We use your details to arrange and complete your callout: to call you back with a fixed price and arrival time, to dispatch the right fitter with the right tyre, and to keep records of the job for invoicing, payments and accounts. We do not use your details to profile you, and we never sell or rent them to anyone.

Only the people who need them to do the job: our dispatchers and fitters, the payment processor that handles your card payment, and — where needed — the supplier of your tyre. We share the minimum each of them needs.

We keep callout details only as long as we need them: to finish your booking, keep the records required for accounting and tax, and handle any follow-up. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

This website only uses the small amount of storage it needs to work properly. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or delete them, or ask us to restrict how we use them. Email info@emergency-tyre-rescue.co.uk and we will come back to you promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

If we change this policy, the latest version will always be on this page.
