Emergency Tyre Rescue provides mobile tyre fitting, emergency tyre fitting, mobile puncture repair, mobile tyre changes, locking wheel nut removal and HGV/truck tyre services at your location — at home, at work or at the roadside — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We always confirm a price with you before we set off. The price we quote covers the tyre, fitting, balancing and our callout. It stays fixed for the job we discussed, as long as the details you give us (such as the tyre size, vehicle make and model, and location) are correct.

If the job turns out to be different from what was described — for example a different tyre size or a vehicle we weren't told about — your fitter will confirm the revised price with you before starting any work. You are never charged for work you haven't approved.

A booking is confirmed when we call you back with your fixed price and estimated arrival time. Arrival times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and demand for emergency callouts — we will always keep you informed if anything changes.

Payment is taken on completion of the job, by card, in our van. There is nothing to pay upfront for a standard callout. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

You can change or cancel your callout free of charge any time before our fitter sets off. If we are already on the way to you, a callout fee may apply to cover the fitter's travel.

All tyres we fit are new and supplied by us. New tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty. If you are not happy with our workmanship, contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right.

Our fitters are experienced and fully insured. Please make sure the area around your vehicle is safe and accessible, and that you have any locking wheel nut key available if your wheels are fitted with one.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, road closures or accidents. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
